SZLK Half-Year Progress Report

From November 10, 2025 to May 7, 2026, SZLK moved from isolated product building into company-level systems: identity, capability platform, delivery automation, content production, and user-facing product lines.

Unified identity is becoming the shared base for multiple SZLK products.

Cloudapi, CLOUDMCP, and GITOPS are forming the company-level capability and delivery platform.

CONTENT_FACTORY, AIF, wechat, and ST-video are turning content production into a repeatable pipeline.

PlanovAI, Seenoting, Beiching, SoIChing, and other user-facing products are moving into clearer real-world scenarios.

From Single Products to Systems

The most important shift was not the number of projects. It was the move from building isolated product points to building the shared systems that let products, content, and delivery compound together.

The Four Foundations

SZLK focused on unified identity, capability platform, automated delivery, and content production. These foundations reduce future duplication and make new products faster to launch, connect, and operate.

Next Focus

The next stage is not simply to do more. The priority is to turn existing capabilities into reusable, scalable, and user-visible product value.
